You can register to vote online at the Indiana Voters Portal.
To vote by absentee ballot:
Currently registered voters can apply for an absentee ballot to vote-by-mail or traveling board by logging in to their My Voter Portal Page on IndianaVoters.com
You can also apply using the Voters with Print Disabilities application. Go to https://indianavoters.in.gov/, scroll down and then click “VISIT MY VOTER PORTAL” button. A voter with print disabilities is defined in Indiana law as an individual who is unable to independently mark a paper ballot or ballot card due to blindness, low vision, or a physical disability that impairs manual dexterity.
