Hobart Marsh mitigation project in 5th District officially begins

The mitigation work taking place in the Hobart Marsh area on the City’s west side in the 5th District is 26 years in the making and will take 5 years to complete.

A Hobart Marsh Master Plan was created with community input as part of the mitigation effort. A vision for the future includes waterways and hiking trails for area residents and others to use.
