Join Mayor Snedecor and 5th District Councilman John Brezik for a community information meeting with engineers to discuss the $12+ million storm water drainage plan. The meeting will take place Wednesday, Oct. 9 beginning at 6 p.m. at Fire Station #2, 2411 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
Everyone in the community is encouraged to attend, particularly those in the 5th District to see and discuss the plans in person with Mayor Snedecor, Councilman John Brezik, and other experts to learn about the plans and the vision for the project.
This is a great opportunity to connect with city leadership to share concerns and ideas moving forward.
The meeting takes place in the community room at Fire Station #2, the newly expanded facility that opened in 2016 representing a $1.5 million investment on Hobart’s west side (Read more about the reopening of Fire Station # 2 in The Times) during the leadership of Mayor Snedecor and 5th District City Councilman John Brezik with strong support from the community, city administration, and staff.
