Northwest Indiana was identified as an area as having a tremendous shortage of permanent housing for veterans. The new facility in Hobart will help veterans transition into long-term housing.
Brian Rowland, a co-founder of A Safe Haven noted City Councilman John Brezik, Mayor Brian Snedecor, and local veterans as providing tremendous support for the project during the special segment of “Veterans Views” on the WJOB Network.
