Councilman John Brezik representing the 5th District recently addressed the vacant housing inventory with city officials to identify options to address issues regarding the structures.
The city’s vacant building committee takes the list and separate properties into different categories regarding the amount of repairs and cleanup needed to address them.
Councilman Brezik explains there are some vacant buildings that could require demolition, and he will work with Mayor Brian Snedecor to designate funding to address those structures.
